Asserting the identity and growing the engagement of a prestige florist

Keni Fleurs, a floral house specialising in high-end creations in Cairo, wanted to assert its exclusive position and strengthen its digital visibility among premium customers. The objective was twofold: consolidate the brand image on social media and turn the audience into loyal customers, while supporting the physical growth of the shop. Bonne Idée designed an omnichannel strategy including a rework of the visual codes, the production of high-end content (artistic photography, immersive Reels, edited stories) and an aspirational editorial line. A targeted media plan, combined with collaborations with micro-influencers and selected user-generated content, amplified the brand's desirability while keeping performance under structured control.

Faster visibility and conversion

The launch of this strategy produced significant results within three months: 60 per cent more Instagram followers, engagement multiplied by three, 45 per cent more footfall in the shop and a 5:1 return on paid campaigns. The brand now has a coherent digital world, an active community and a premium acquisition setup able to support growth, loyalty and awareness.

The project shows an ability to combine excellent branding, creative content and media performance to turn a digital audience into customers, while durably consolidating a luxury position.
