The time you have. Past that with no hook, the video is scrolled past and the budget is spent.
The only platform where a polished
advertisement is a handicap.
Anything that looks like an advertisement is scrolled past in a fraction of a second. Anything that looks like an ordinary video gets watched. We set up a production rhythm, not a campaign. Zero commission on your media budget.
Three things to know before calling us.
Rather than a campaign. Formats wear out fast, production has to be continuous.
Can your offering be filmed? If the answer is no, we point you elsewhere.
You are probably here for one of three reasons.
If one of the three sounds like you, the rest of this page concerns you.
“Our advertisement is beautiful, nobody watches it.”
That is the rule of the game here: anything that looks like an advert is scrolled past within three seconds. Anything that looks like an ordinary video gets watched.
“I do not know whether my offering can be filmed.”
A product you handle, a before and after, a skilled movement, a place: yes. An abstract service starts with a handicap, and we say so.
“It worked for a while, then nothing.”
Formats wear out faster here than elsewhere. The question is not the right video, it is the rhythm that produces the next ones.
What we actually do for you
We first check that your offering has something to show. This channel is visual and demonstrative: a product you handle, a before and after, a skilled movement, a place. An abstract service that cannot be filmed starts there with a serious handicap.
Then we build a production rhythm rather than a campaign. Formats wear out faster here than elsewhere and what worked six months ago no longer does. The question is not to find the right video, it is to establish a rhythm that allows regular testing.
Finally we measure carefully, because the journey there is rarely direct: many people discover you on the platform and buy elsewhere, later, through a search for your name.
Said in results, not in deliverables.
Three things this work has to do for you, and what we put in place for each.
Videos that do not look like advertisements
Shot at your place, with your work and your surroundings. That is what gets watched.
A production rhythm
A rhythm established, not a single campaign. What wears out is replaced before it costs.
A straight answer before you spend
If your offering cannot be filmed, we point you elsewhere rather than sell you a campaign.

Why polished production works badly here
It is the point that surprises most, and the one that creates the most friction with art-direction expectations.
People come here to watch videos made by people, not by brands. Anything that signals a production budget, professional lighting, a perfect frame or a commercial voice-over triggers an immediate avoidance reflex. The gesture is learned, it takes no thought.
A video shot on a phone, in ordinary light, where somebody talks plainly about what they do, often holds attention better than an expensive production. This is not praise for amateurism: the video has to be sharp, audible, and say something. It is an observation about the context in which it is seen.
The budget consequence, which is rather good news: the money is better spent on the number of attempts than on the care given to each.
Three differences that change the delivery.
No juniors presented as seniors
Our collective is vetted: some thirty specialists selected on their portfolio. Nobody learns on your project.
One point of contact, not a committee
Karim or Jordan carries your file from end to end. You do not explain the same thing three times to three different people.
A deliverable at every sprint
Fifteen days, one deliverable. You watch the project move in real time, you adjust, we correct. No tunnel effect.

This channel does not suit everyone, and we say so
We advise against this channel fairly often, for three reasons visible at the first meeting.
When nothing can be shown
An intellectual service with no visual support can exist there, but it starts with a disadvantage the budget does not make up for.
When nobody wants to appear
The formats that work almost always involve a face and a voice. If nobody in the company is available for that, and bringing in an outside presenter is not considered, the material will run out within weeks.
When the buying decision is long and collective
An entertainment platform watched on the commute is not where an investment requiring three internal approvals gets triggered. It can contribute upstream, by making you known. It will not close.
In those situations, we point towards another channel. An engagement started on an unsuitable channel fails slowly and expensively.
Our fee, your budget, your account
The production rhythm naturally pushes the spend upwards, which makes the question of how we are paid all the more legitimate.
Three rules apply across the whole division. The media budget does not pass through us and we take no percentage of it: our fee is fixed. The account is created in your name, and the history as well as the audiences stay with you if we stop working together. And there is no minimum term on advertising management. The detail of those three points is on the division’s page.
Rights over the videos, the point people forget and that costs dearly
A contractual subject, not exciting, that nonetheless causes most of the unpleasant surprises on this channel.
A video shot by a creator, an employee or a supplier does not automatically belong to you, and the right to turn it into a paid advertisement is something else again. A video published organically in perfectly good spirit may not be usable in advertising without explicit agreement.
Two points are settled in writing, before filming. The period during which you may run the video as an advertisement, which is often limited to a few months in standard creator contracts. And the agreement of the people appearing on camera, including your own employees, whose consent to feature in an advertisement cannot be inferred from their employment contract.
We check both points before putting budget behind a video. Discovering that an advertisement that works has to be pulled is the kind of incident prevented in ten minutes and repaired with difficulty.
On measurement, and why it is trickier here than elsewhere
This channel produces an effect measurement tools capture badly, and you need that in mind before reading the first report.
The typical journey is not a click followed by a purchase. It is a video watched on the commute, a name remembered, and a search made that evening or the following week from another device. To a measurement tool, that sale comes from a search engine, or from nowhere.
Two practical consequences. The first is that the direct return shown almost always understates the real effect. The second is that you must not comfort yourself with that argument, which conveniently justifies any spend.
Our method is to watch what happens elsewhere when we switch on and when we switch off: searches for your name, direct traffic, overall visits. If nothing moves anywhere, the invisible effect does not exist.
What it costs.
Excluding media budget and excluding heavy video production. The quote comes after framing.
For a tradesperson, a practice or a shop. No set-up fee, twenty-four month commitment.
For an SME that has to move every week. Unlimited requests, one task at a time.
From
For a one-off, framed need: a redesign, a first version, a business platform, an automation.
Your situation does not fit in a box?
That happens often. We build the engagement that matches your context, your budget and your calendar.
The questions we get asked.
It is the most frequent objection and it rests on a dated picture of the platform, whose user base has widened considerably since its early days. That said, the real question is not age: it is whether your offering can be shown and whether somebody on your side is willing to appear. Those two points decide far more often than the demographics.
No, and it is generally counterproductive. A video that signals a production budget gets scrolled past. It has to be sharp, audible and say something, which is achievable with a recent phone. The money is better invested in the number of attempts.
More than elsewhere, because formats wear out fast. A few new videos a month is a minimum for learning anything. A single video left running for six months will produce nothing usable.
Yes for products that are understood and decided quickly, at a modest price. For the rest, the channel mainly serves to make you known, and the sale closes elsewhere. That is useful, but it changes how the results are judged.
By watching what moves elsewhere when we switch on and when we switch off: searches for your name, direct traffic, overall volume. It is less precise than click tracking, but it is honest. If nothing moves anywhere, there is no hidden effect.
Often, yes, and it is a separate budget. A creator brings the platform's codes and an audience that trusts them. That assumes a clear contract on the right to use the videos in advertising, a point regularly forgotten and expensive afterwards.
We support the production and we frame the hooks to test. Heavy video production is costed separately, and we tell you beforehand, not on the invoice.
