How we actually work.
We always start with a short fifteen-minute call. That call tells us whether we are the right team for you. If we are, we point you to one of the three plans. If we are not, we point you to a team that fits better, at no cost.
On Presence and Partner, the relationship is a subscription. You do not buy a new engagement every time a need comes up: your website and your tools are looked after continuously, and you know what you pay each month. Presence runs on a twenty-four month commitment, Partner is paid quarterly in advance or monthly.
On a project, we offer a paid framing phase of two to three weeks. At the end, you have a firm quote and a roadmap you can execute. The project then runs in fortnightly sprints, with a deliverable at every sprint, and a follow-up subscription is offered when it goes live.
