What the tool does
Answer, rephrase, translate, produce a first draft. It also searches the web, which makes it an intermediary between the visitor and your site.
What we do with it
Two things. A working tool for short tasks. And an object of observation: we put your customers’ questions to it, and we record what it answers, who is cited and with what errors. That is the starting point of our work on answer engines.
What we do not ask of it
Facts we have not verified ourselves. It gets things wrong with confidence, and that confidence is precisely the risk.
