What we do with it
We put it in when a team’s tracking lives in message threads. The value is not in the tool, it is in the sorting: three columns always filled in beat fifteen half filled, and that is where adoption is decided.
Its limits, said straight
Per-user billing climbs fast as soon as you open the tool to the whole company, and the flexibility invites boards nobody keeps up. A tracking tool has to be framed, otherwise it becomes a second place where information gets lost.
