Framing
Two to three weeks. We pin down the exact scope, the squad, the budget and the calendar. At the end: a firm quote and a roadmap.

Building in sprints
Fortnightly sprints. At the end of each one, something usable, testable, correctable. You watch it move in real time.

Acceptance testing, adjustments, deployment. We put it live and make sure everything runs, in your own environment.

Monthly follow-up
The stage most agencies call the end. Technical upkeep, improvements, content and performance looked after every month, with a report and a regular improvement.
