The kick-off workshop
Your priorities, your access, your tools. We start working within the week, not within the month.
€2,900 excl. VAT per month quarterly paid in advance, €3,200 monthly. Unlimited requests, one task handled at a time, and you set the order.
An SME that has to move every week has three bad options. Hire, which assumes finding a profile covering the website, the content, the design and the automations, and who does not exist. Stack up suppliers, which turns every subject into coordination. Or sign an hourly package.
An hourly package produces two equally harmful behaviours. Either you do not dare ask, for fear of eating into the quota, and the digital side freezes. Or you ask in order to consume, and the supplier does useless things. In both cases, the discussion is about the counter instead of about your business.
Partner removes the counter. The trade-off is a simple rule, and it is that rule that makes unlimited workable for both sides.
That is the operating rule, and it deserves to be understood before signing because everything follows from it.
You ask for what you want, as often as you want. There is no quota, no counting, no discussion about time spent. A request is never refused because the month has already started.
We handle one thing, then the next. You set the order, and you can change it at any moment as long as a task has not started.
That rule does not limit volume, it limits parallelism. It is what lets us have no counter: we do not sell hours, we sell a queue that moves.
A package of twenty hours a month bills you twenty hours, whether you use five or thirty. Here, the price is the same every month and so is the throughput. Busy months and quiet months balance out, and nobody counts.
These are stated deadlines, not orders of magnitude. It is the only verifiable commitment a subscription of this kind can carry, and it is the one we make.
The scope is broad by design, because an SME’s need does not fit into a single speciality.
A Partner subscription most often replaces an agency for the website, a freelancer for the content, and a technical supplier for the connections. It is not only a question of cost: above all it is the end of coordinating three contacts who pass subjects between them.
A heavy, framed piece of work, a complete rebuild, a business platform, a first version. Those are projects, with their own framing and their own quote: that is the Project plan. We say so as soon as a request crosses the line, rather than absorbing it in silence and making everything else wait.
A subscription is judged on how it actually runs more than on its list of services.
A short conversation, at the start of the month, to set the queue: what comes first, what waits. It lasts twenty minutes and replaces the report nobody reads.
You write when you need to, without waiting for the next check-in. The request enters the queue, you have an answer within four working hours, and you know where it stands.
We also tell you when a request is not worth making. That is more useful than a systematic yes, and it is what you expect from a team rather than from a supplier.
What was delivered, and the few figures that change a decision: qualified enquiries received, pages that are working, real speed on mobile. Not thirty indicators.
€2,900 a month quarterly paid in advance, €3,200 monthly. The difference is not a penalty: the quarter lets us plan substantial work rather than stringing short requests together.
It is the broadest plan and therefore the one that most deserves boundaries.
Your need is a simple, stable website: the Presence plan costs eight times less and is enough. Or your need is a single piece of work with an end: that is Project, and there is no reason to pay a subscription for it.
You have a list of things to do on your digital side that never goes down, because each item is too small to justify a quote and too long to do in house. That is exactly the problem this plan solves.
They are always the same, and they deserve a written answer rather than a sales answer.
Nothing, other than that you leave. That is the honest answer, and it is also what makes this format healthy: we are paid the same every month, so our only interest is that you stay. A supplier on an hourly package has the opposite interest, which is to consume the quota.
The written deadlines are there to make that commitment verifiable rather than declared.
The one-task-at-a-time rule. It protects both sides: you do not pay for a queue that does not move, and we do not promise a throughput we could not hold. A request is never refused; it waits its turn, and you see where it stands.
It happens, and it is planned for. We then take the initiative: performance, content, security, fixes we have spotted. A month with no request from you is not a month without work, it is a month where we choose.
If that happens three months running, we tell you and we look together at whether the format is still right. Billing an unused subscription is the best way to lose a client in six months.
The first quarter is the trial. It is paid in advance because we plan substantial work on it, and it is amply enough to know whether the rhythm and the relationship suit. We prefer that to a trial month that shows nothing beyond our ability to make a good impression.
How a month with us runs.
Your priorities, your access, your tools. We start working within the week, not within the month.
Requests are unlimited and there is no hour counter. You decide what comes first.
We handle one thing at a time and we finish it. That is what avoids five open jobs and nothing delivered.
Forty-eight hours on a short request, five working days on a standard one. A dedicated contact answers within four hours.
What was delivered, what is coming, and what the figures say. We adjust the order with you.
The amounts are those of our published price list. No quote is given before a conversation.
Quarterly paid in advance. €3,200 monthly. For an SME that has to move every week.
That is the most common case. We frame it together, and we cost it on the real scope.
No quota and no counting. The trade-off is that one task is handled at a time, and that you set the order. The rule does not limit volume, it limits parallelism, and that is what makes it workable for both sides.
You choose which comes first, and you can change your mind as long as the second has not started. We do not decide your priorities for you.
Payment is quarterly in advance, or monthly at €3,200. It is not a long commitment: it is the period below which we cannot plan any substantial work.
No, and we say so as soon as a request crosses the line. A rebuild is a framed piece of work with its own quote, that is the Project plan. Absorbing it in silence would make the rest of your queue wait.
A dedicated contact who knows your files, and behind them the specialists of the collective depending on the subject. You do not explain the same thing three times to three people.
Yes. What we ask is that you say so, so that a site is not left unwatched while you think it is being watched. You keep the access and the documentation whatever happens.
Fifteen minutes to look at that list and see whether this format answers it.
