Before everything else: checking that conversion tracking tells the truth. It is the most frequent fault on the accounts we take over.
Appearing at the exact moment
somebody looks for you.
The only channel where the need already exists: somebody has just typed it. What remains is not paying for the wrong searches, and measuring the truth. Zero commission on your media budget.
Three things to know before calling us.
Commission on your media budget. Our fee does not rise when your spend rises.
Yours, on the account. History, audiences and algorithmic learning stay with you, even if we stop working together.
You are probably here for one of three reasons.
If one of the three sounds like you, the rest of this page concerns you.
“My account shows conversions, but I do not see the customers.”
On most accounts we take over, the tracking counts things that are not conversions. Until that is fixed, every decision rests on wrong figures.
“I do not know where my money goes.”
Not on the keywords you chose: on the real searches that triggered your ads. We read them one by one.
“The previous agency took a percentage of the budget.”
Our fee is not indexed to your media budget, and the account is in your name.
What we actually do for you
We start by checking that your account measures the truth. On most of the accounts we take over, conversion tracking counts things that are not conversions: a click on a phone number that never connected, a form counted twice, a thank-you page reloaded. Until that is fixed, every decision that follows rests on wrong figures.
Then we look at which searches your money actually goes on. Not the keywords you chose: the queries people actually typed, which are often very different. That is where the fastest saving is to be found, and it is often considerable.
Finally we rebuild the structure around intent. Somebody typing a product name, somebody comparing two solutions and somebody looking for a definition are not worth the same price and must not land on the same page.
Said in results, not in deliverables.
Three things this work has to do for you, and what we put in place for each.
Measurement that tells the truth
Conversion tracking checked and fixed before anything else, and compared against your invoicing.
A budget that goes on the right searches
The useless searches excluded, the ads written for the real demand.
An account that belongs to you
History, audiences, configuration: all in your name. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

The real subject is not the keyword, it is the intent behind it
Google Ads presents itself as a keyword marketplace. That is a convenient way to sell the tool, and a bad way to run it. Two people can type very similar words while being months apart in their decision.
Transactional intent
Somebody searching for a precise service, in a precise town, is ready to act. Those searches are few, expensive, and they are the only ones that genuinely deserve your budget at the start.
Comparative intent
Somebody weighing two solutions will not buy today, but they are choosing now who makes their shortlist. Those searches are worked with pages that compare honestly, not with an ad promising to be the best.
Informational intent
Somebody looking for a definition or a tutorial is not a customer. Paying for those clicks is the most common way to burn a budget while feeling productive, because the volume is flattering and the visit count rises.
Our work consists above all of separating those three populations, excluding one, and not speaking to them the same way.
Three differences that change the delivery.
No juniors presented as seniors
Our collective is vetted: some thirty specialists selected on their portfolio. Nobody learns on your project.
One point of contact, not a committee
Karim or Jordan carries your file from end to end. You do not explain the same thing three times to three different people.
A deliverable at every sprint
Fifteen days, one deliverable. You watch the project move in real time, you adjust, we correct. No tunnel effect.

What we fix first on an existing account
An audit returning two hundred recommendations sorted by tab serves no purpose. Here is what we look at, in order, and why that order.
Measurement, first
We check what is counted as a conversion and we test it in real conditions. An account optimising towards a false conversion methodically learns to find people who will not convert.
The searches actually paid for
We export the queries of the last few months and we read them. The off-topic ones, job searches, competitors searched by name, the merely curious. We build the exclusion list, which is the most immediate saving.
Automatic campaigns left alone
Formats that spread the budget themselves across search, display and video do work, on one condition: that they are given rules and good measurement. Left to themselves with a vague objective, they find the cheapest click, which is almost always the least qualified.
The landing page
We look at where the clicks land. Many campaigns judged bad simply send people to the site’s home page, leaving the visitor to find what they were looking for.
Our fee, your budget, your account
On a search account, the temptation to raise the budget is permanent: there are always more searches to buy.
Three rules apply across the whole division. The media budget does not pass through us and we take no percentage of it: our fee is fixed. The account is created in your name, and the history as well as the audiences stay with you if we stop working together. And there is no minimum term on advertising management. The detail of those three points is on the division’s page.
Local search, when you sell within a radius
Many companies who call us about search advertising have a local subject first, and part of their budget would be better spent elsewhere.
If you work within a geographical area, part of your visibility rests on things that are not billed: the business listing filled in correctly, exact opening hours, up-to-date photographs, reviews that get answered. That groundwork produces calls without buying a single click.
Advertising comes next, and it comes well: over a restricted area, the auctions are more affordable and the searches are far better qualified than nationally. But it comes afterwards. Paying to be visible in a town where your listing shows the wrong opening hours amounts to funding visits that end at a closed door.
What we refuse to sell, and why
A promise of first place
An ad’s position depends on an auction replayed at every search, on the perceived quality of your page and on what your competitors are doing at that instant. Nobody controls it. You can always buy it by paying any price, which is not a strategy.
Being paid a percentage of the spend
It would pay us more on the day we advised you to spend more, and cost us on the day the right decision was to cut. We charge a fixed amount.
Clicks at any price
There is always a way to raise the number of visits: broaden, accept vague searches, aim wide. The number rises, the number of customers does not move. We prefer an account that spends less and produces as much.
What it costs.
Excluding media budget, which stays on your account. The quote comes after framing.
For a tradesperson, a practice or a shop. No set-up fee, twenty-four month commitment.
For an SME that has to move every week. Unlimited requests, one task at a time.
From
For a one-off, framed need: a redesign, a first version, a business platform, an automation.
Your situation does not fit in a box?
That happens often. We build the engagement that matches your context, your budget and your calendar.
The questions we get asked.
There is no universal floor, but there is a constraint: you need enough clicks to decide. A budget producing three clicks a week allows no conclusion, even after six months. We calculate that threshold together from the price of clicks in your sector, and we sometimes conclude that Google Ads is not the right first lever for you.
The clicks arrive on day one, but it usually takes a few weeks to gather enough data and two to three months to settle a cost per customer. A campaign judged on its first week is judged on noise.
Yes, that is the most frequent case. We start with the audit: what is spending, what is producing, and whether conversion tracking tells the truth. That last point turns out to be wrong very often, and as long as it is, no figure in the account can be used.
Often yes, but never first and never unwatched. They need reliable measurement and a history to work. Switching them on in a new account with doubtful tracking amounts to handing a budget to a system that optimises towards the wrong target very efficiently.
It happens, and the platform filters some of those clicks automatically without billing them. The phenomenon is real but it is very widely overstated in conversation: in the accounts we take over, the waste almost always comes from off-topic searches paid for perfectly legally, not from malice.
Because it takes months to produce. Advertising buys time, search optimisation buys an asset. The two complement each other, and the proportion depends above all on your horizon: if you have to fill an order book this quarter, search alone will not do it.
The campaigns stop with the budget, that is the nature of the channel. What stays is the account, its history, its audiences and the exclusion work, since everything is in your name. You can take over the management yourself or hand it to somebody else without rebuilding anything.
