What the tool does
The same tasks as a general-purpose assistant, with access to Google documents, spreadsheets and mail when the plan allows. It also feeds the generated answers in search results.
What we do with it
We include it in our surveys: it is one of the engines we put your customers’ questions to. For a team already on Workspace, it is also the assistant that demands the least change of habit.
What we do not ask of it
To decide for us what is true. Like the others, it phrases things well and sometimes gets them wrong, and an unverified figure does not go into our deliverables.
