What Framer does better than the others
Motion. Scroll animations and transitions are native and clean there, where elsewhere they call for specific development. On a site where staging matters, that is a real gain.
The trap to avoid
Motion, precisely. A site where everything moves is tiring and slow. We animate what helps you understand the structure, never to show that we can. And we respect the system setting for reduced motion, which exists for people animation makes ill.
Where the limit lies
Framer suits a site of a few dozen pages. Beyond that, when you need structured content, filters, relationships between content types, it shows its limits and Webflow or WordPress regain the advantage. We say so during framing.
Search visibility
Framer produces properly structured, fast pages, which is the essential. The fine settings remain less open than on WordPress. For a showcase site, that has no consequence. For a site aiming at a hundred pages of content, it is a criterion.
What you will be able to change
The copy, the images, the order of the sections. Not the deep structure, and that is deliberate: a site you can break entirely is a site that ends up broken. We frame together what falls to you and what goes through us.
