This page explains what data we collect on this site, why, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights. It is written to be understood without legal training.

What we collect, and by what means
- Contact form: name, email address, telephone if you provide it, and the message you write.
- Booking a meeting: when you book a slot, the information needed for the meeting is processed by our calendar tool.
- Browsing: technical and traffic data, only if you consent through the cookie banner.
We collect no sensitive data and we buy no prospecting lists.
Why
- To answer your enquiry and get back to you.
- To organise a meeting you booked yourself.
- To measure the site’s audience in order to improve it, if you have agreed to that.
- To meet our accounting and legal obligations.
On what legal basis
Your consent for audience measurement and for any commercial communication. Our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you send us. Performance of the contract when we work together. Our legal obligations for invoicing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and prospects: three years at most after the last exchange.
- Browsing data: thirteen months at most.
- Client data: according to the legal accounting and tax retention periods.
Who has access
The BONNE IDEE team, and our technical suppliers strictly as far as necessary: the site’s host, our professional email service, our meeting booking tool and, where applicable, our audience measurement tool. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
The site and its database are hosted in France. Some of the tools we use may process data outside the European Union; those transfers are then governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The detail of the services setting cookies appears in the consent banner, reachable at any time from the footer.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
A request to dpo@agencebi.fr is enough, with no particular formality. We reply within one month. If the reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Cookies
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are set without consent, as the law allows. All the others, audience measurement in particular, are set only after your agreement and can be refused or withdrawn at any time from the banner. Refusing does not prevent you from browsing the site.

The site loads no other third-party service: no social media buttons, no embedded video, no maps, and the typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from an outside service.
This list is maintained by hand and checked whenever a tool is added. If you notice a discrepancy between this table and what your browser actually stores, report it to dpo@agencebi.fr and we will correct it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to it is limited to the people who need it, it is backed up daily and its software base is kept up to date.
Changes
This page may change in order to stay compliant with applicable law and to reflect the tools actually used on the site.
