Redefining the brand identity and building a credible digital presence

Shelving, a specialist in logistics and storage space design, wanted to modernise its image and strengthen its digital presence among professional buyers. The ambition: clarify the positioning, assert a coherent visual identity and build a web ecosystem able to attract and convert qualified prospects. Bonne Idée ran a complete rebuild of the branding and the showcase site in parallel, aligning visual identity, content architecture, key messages and user journey. The approach included producing web and LinkedIn material, defining sales guidelines and putting in place good CRM and nurturing practice, in order to solidify Shelving's credibility in a competitive B2B market.

A clearer position and measurable digital growth

The rebranding combined with the Webflow rebuild significantly increased Shelving's visibility and the effectiveness of its commercial setup. In the months following the launch: 60 per cent more online visibility, 40 per cent more quote requests, and engagement multiplied by three on corporate and commercial content. The team now has an editorial and digital setup it can run itself, built to grow and oriented towards conversion. The project shows how a strong identity, combined with a structured digital platform designed for B2B, can support commercial growth, strengthen credibility and smooth the customer relationship from end to end.
