The client

Sooqna is a furniture and homeware marketplace based in Dubai. It brings together furniture, objects and ready-to-shop room sets from a selection of brands.

The challenge

The website had to be launched, the go-to-market prepared and a business model chosen that could carry growth.

What we delivered

We supported the launch of the website and built the go-to-market. The business model rests on two revenue streams: B2B subscriptions for the furniture brands listed on the marketplace, and a private-label collection.

How we worked

The plan moves market by market. Dubai comes first, then the other Gulf countries. Saudi Arabia comes last because its market is more complex. Morocco is identified as a promising market. For new-build projects, the plan includes partnerships with contractors.

What changed

Sooqna has a live website, a defined revenue model and an order in which to open its markets.
