Artificial intelligence: moving from experiment to a use that lasts

Framing the use cases, judging feasibility, data governance. No gadgets and no promises.

The question is no longer “can we do AI”, it is “where does it pay”.

Many organisations now have a conversational assistant open in a tab and no industrialised use. The gap between the two is not technical, it is methodological: nobody has decided which use cases deserve to be built out, nor who answers when the model gets it wrong.

We start from your processes, not from vendors’ announcements. We identify the tasks where automatic generation or extraction produces a measurable gain, we assess real feasibility against the quality of your data, and we put the safeguards in place: who checks, who is responsible, what data is allowed to leave your premises.

We do not sell proofs of concept for the demonstration. An AI use case that does not survive three months of real use should not have been launched.

Why us

Three differences from a consulting firm.

We deliver what we recommend

A classic firm hands over a report and stops there. We have a delivery team behind us: if the recommendation is to build, we build. Which forces us to recommend only what can genuinely be done.

A director facing a director

You do not get a junior consultant with a template. Karim or Jordan carries the file, with real experience of running a business, in France and abroad.

A rate that does not pay for a tower at La Défense

Our daily rate sits between €450 and €550 excl. VAT, where comparable firms charge €650 to €900. The difference is not the skill, it is the cost structure.

Our method

How it works

Two to three weeks for the Flash Strategic Audit, then a six-month roadmap.

  1. 1

    The interviews

We start from your processes, not from vendors' announcements. We look for the tasks where automatic generation or extraction produces a measurable gain, and we set the rest aside.

    YouOpen a few calendars.
UsWhat is stuck, said by the people living it.
  2. 2

    Data, not impressions

Your figures, your tools, what actually happens day to day. A diagnosis built on impressions can be argued with; built on data, it can be decided on.

YouGive us access to your data.
UsThe state of play, in figures.
  3. 3

    Costing every workstream

Cost, timeline, expected gain, risk. Including the workstreams we advise against.

    YouNothing.
UsThe possible workstreams, costed one by one.
  4. 4

    The arbitration

Together we settle what gets done, what waits and what will never happen. Launching three workstreams with a team that can carry one is the most common failure scenario.

    YouHalf a day of decisions.
    UsThe marching order, in writing.
  5. 5

    The six-month roadmap, then delivery

A document your teams can execute on their own. What follows is up to you: you execute, or we execute with you.

YouDecide what comes next, with no commitment.
UsThe roadmap, and the costing of the delivery if you entrust it to us.
Pricing

What it costs.

These amounts are starting points. The quote comes after the framing, never before.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

With a high-volume task, low stakes if it goes wrong, and whose result is easy to check. Starting with a critical case is the best way to burn the subject internally at the first visible error.

That is precisely what the engagement settles, sector by sector and item by item. When the answer is no, self-hosted architectures exist: they cost more to run, and that cost has to be weighed beforehand, not discovered afterwards.

Rarely, and it is the most expensive mistake we see. In the great majority of cases, an existing model properly fed with your documents is enough, for a fraction of the budget.

On the time spent before and after, and on the proportion of outputs usable without correction. Those two indicators are set during framing. Without them, everybody has an opinion and nobody has an answer.

Yes, through the Agency division for integration into your tools. We also have our own product built on the French legal and accounting framework, CoBIos.
