We deliver what we recommend
A classic firm hands over a report and stops there. We have a delivery team behind us: if the recommendation is to build, we build. Which forces us to recommend only what can genuinely be done.
Mapping, costing the real gain, arbitration. The consulting engagement that comes before the technical work.
The question we get asked is “with which tool”. The right question is “which of our processes deserves to be touched”. Those are not the same skills, and it is not the same engagement.
We map what really happens in your organisation, not what the procedures manual describes. We measure the time each repetitive task consumes and how stable it is over time. Then we sort: what should be automated, what should first be simplified, and what should stay manual because the gain will never cover the cost of maintenance.
At the end, you have a costed plan. You can execute it in house, hand it to a supplier, or hand it to us. We build too, but that is another engagement and another quote.

You do not get a junior consultant with a template. Karim or Jordan carries the file, with real experience of running a business, in France and abroad.
Our daily rate sits between €450 and €550 excl. VAT, where comparable firms charge €650 to €900. The difference is not the skill, it is the cost structure.
Two to three weeks for the Flash Strategic Audit, then a six-month roadmap.

Your figures, your tools, what actually happens day to day. A diagnosis built on impressions can be argued with; built on data, it can be decided on.
Cost, timeline, expected gain, risk. Including the workstreams we advise against.
Together we settle what gets done, what waits and what will never happen. Launching three workstreams with a team that can carry one is the most common failure scenario.
A document your teams can execute on their own. What follows is up to you: you execute, or we execute with you.
These amounts are starting points. The quote comes after the framing, never before.

We also work by the day, between €450 and €550 excl. VAT depending on the profile involved. Useful for a single decision or a project review.
This one decides, the other builds. Here we map and arbitrate: you leave with a costed plan, not with scenarios in production. If you already know what to automate, go straight to our build offering on the Process automation page of the Agency division.
By measuring the time actually spent on the task, its frequency, and the fully loaded hourly cost of the role concerned. It is an estimate, it is explicitly presented as one, and it is enough to decide between two workstreams.
Here is one, offered as an example and not as a client case: a scenario of eight modules triggered two thousand times a month consumes sixteen thousand operations, not two thousand. On platforms billed per operation, that mechanism alone often shifts the break-even point substantially. It is checked before building, not after the first invoice.
As many as it takes to cover most of the repetitive time, usually between five and fifteen. Beyond that, you are mapping noise.
That is a possible conclusion and we have reached it before. A process that changes every quarter should not be automated, it should first be stabilised.
Fifteen minutes to identify the one that costs most, and to estimate what there is to gain.
