A legal and accounting AI agent that cites the texts
A consumer-grade chat model answers with confidence about an article of the French Commercial Code that it reconstructs from memory. In a profession where the professional is liable for the answer, that cannot be used.
CoBIos first searches a maintained set of French legal and accounting reference texts and the firm’s own documents, then answers from the texts it finds, with the source. When the answer is not in its sources, it says so. Our AI agents are built on your documents; CoBIos is our ready-made agent for accounting and law firms; BIA is our sovereign AI workspace, run locally.
The product grew out of a need expressed by the Orléans Commercial Court Registry, which built it with us. It is for teams who spend a large part of their day finding, checking and citing a text. A staff member types their question in everyday French: a deadline, an accounting rule, a legal obligation, one of the firm's internal procedures. There are no keywords to guess and no syntax to learn.
The answer, built from the texts
CoBIos first searches French legal and accounting reference texts and the firm's own documents, then writes its answer from the passages it finds.
The source, cited every time
Every answer points to the text or document it is based on, so the staff member can check before using it. When nothing in its sources matches, CoBIos says so instead of making something up.

The general rollout of e-invoicing is taking accounting firms into a phase where the volume of documents grows while the time available stays the same. For lawyers and legal professionals, the issue is professional secrecy: knowing where each document goes. That question is settled before the pilot.
Your data and professional secrecy with CoBIos
Hosting is chosen before the pilot, depending on the nature of the documents: in France or on the firm’s own infrastructure. The firm’s documents are not used to train a model, a data processing agreement (DPA) is signed with the contract, and every processing activity is entered in a record. These choices are written down while the pilot is being prepared, so that you can show them to your own clients.
