Keni Fleurs, a floral house specializing in high-end creations in Cairo, wanted to assert its exclusive positioning and strengthen its digital visibility among a premium clientele. The objective was twofold: to consolidate the brand image on social networks and to transform the audience into loyal customers, while supporting the physical growth of the store. Bonne Idée has designed an omnichannel strategy integrating the redesign of visual codes, the production of high-end content (artistic photography, immersive Reels videos, editorialized stories) and the deployment of an aspirational editorial line. A targeted media device, combined with collaborations with micro-influencers and selected UGC content, made it possible to amplify the brand's attractiveness while managing performance in a structured manner.
