Improving product clarity and maximizing conversion
Craftly, a SaaS generative AI platform, wanted to strengthen its digital device by designing a clearer, faster and conversion-oriented website. The objective was to enhance the functionalities of the solution, streamline navigation and transform qualified traffic into subscribers via a simple, mobile-first and convincing experience. Bonne Idée designed and deployed a Webflow site combining technical performance, product-oriented design and conversion logic. The approach included the establishment of a clear architecture, the integration of OpenAI APIs, a CRM linked to the registration tunnel, as well as an SEO and content strategy to capture and qualify the audience. The whole was designed to allow total autonomy of the teams and scalability of the product.

The new device offers a smooth experience, simplified journeys, and optimized performance, supported by automations via Zapier and ongoing user testing. The results observed after deployment: +50% in conversions, -30% in bounce rate, acceleration of the registration process and complete control of the site by internal teams. Craftly now has an agile technical platform, designed to support SaaS growth and support product adoption over time. This project demonstrates how a site designed around product value, speed of execution and user experience can become a central driver of conversion and growth for an AI solution.
